[Scan-DC] Stealth Warship in the Bay

Maybe, since it's a test bed, they aren't worried about the look yet. Maybe
it's just out and about for radar testing or something like that. Besides,
if it gets lost they would want to be able to find it - can't be too
"stealthy" <g>.
