The Civil Air Patrol, in cooperation with various government agencies, will be flying Bay Patrols and Bay Bridge Traffic Surveys, on weekends, from Memorial Day thru Labor Day, weather conditions permitting. They will be using small, single-engine aircraft, manned with volunteer pilots and observers. The Bridge Patrol will be observing and reporting on traffic conditions on Route 50 between Route 97 and the 50/301 split on Kent Is. The Bay Patrol will be monitoring boating activities on a route from South River to Ft Howard, to Rock Hall to Poplar Is, to Choptank R. Bridge (Cambridge),to Calvert Cliffs Power Plant thence back to South River and repeat. The primary frequency being used is 149.5375mhz. The Bridge Survey aircraft's transmissions on 149.5375 will have a 156.7 tone.
