  I'm not sure whether this has to do with Ron's earlier logs, but it's possible; I got some a/c on 319.4 talking about maint writeups. According to;

  This is a McGuire CP freq, also used for secondary refueling.  Evidently also used as a maint channel.  Not real strong, but readable.
