The Mt. Vernon ARC (I am not a member) has a repeater located on the top
of the Masonic Temple in Alexandria. The Masonic Temple is 333 feet tall,
and its base is 120 feet above sea level. There used to be a coverage map
online, but I can't find it now. Beltsville may be within its range.

It's busy at evening rush hour. I once heard a conversation going in
which one mobile participant was at the junction of I-66 and the Beltway.
This is on the other side of Falls Church. That's quite a long way over
rolling terrain.

The freqs are given at the T-Marc link already provided.
