[Scan-DC] Blues update

For what its worth, the Pax River UH-3H Rescue Helicopter just flew 
past Calvert County more than likely on its way to Annapolis (it is 
usually based near the sailing center at the Academy when the Blue 
Angels do their show).

Cloud cover is pretty low, but better than yesterday.  Guess they'll 
try to do something.
