[Scan-DC] Another airspace incursion

  Red and green blinking lasers that are installed a strategic locations
around the NCP.  Blinking one green and two reds or two greens and one
red or whatever should really confuse a pilot.  I saw a demo on TV that
was confusing to me.   I always associated red with "stop" and green
with "go".  These blinking lasers had both colors.  I would think
blinking red and not blinking red with green combination whatevers would
be more practical but apparantly not.
