[Scan-DC] Another airspace incursion

Intercept took place directly over my house, had a great view. The F16's fly
overhead just as low when they RTB'd.

Hearing what sounds like "Huntress" "Super 62" and a
few others talking about a small low-winged twin
engine jet that they dropped flares near. This is on
139.15 am. I can only guess this was another incursion
into the DC no fly zone.  This is at about 6:10pm.
