[Scan-DC] quirauk MT Ham repeaters

Blake (and all),
I'm out of the area right now, however, the 147.09 MHz
repeater operated by he Antietam Radio Association is
still there.  IIRC, there is a 440 repeater there too.
 I think it's 448.125.
Those are the only ham repeaters at the site.
