[Scan-DC] CAP freqs earlier this afternoon

 This morning I heard the CAP saying the bullseye would be Thurmont, so of
course I wondered if maybe the President was at Camp David.  I happened to
go past the park while out riding my motorcycle and I noticed that there was
a "Road Closed" sign posted.  I just finished my ride and checked news
headlines to confirm that the President is indeed spending the weekend at
Camp David.  The CAP goes wherever he goes.
