Got this from the Milcom list.  Looks like several ANG units in our area are 
slated to be deactivated.

117th ARW (KC-135R, Birmingham IAP) deactivated

188th FW (F-16C/D, Fort Smith) deactivated

103rd FW (A-10A, Bradley) deactivated.

166th AW  (C-130H, New Castle) deactivated. 
-

124th Wing (C-130H,  Boise) re-located. (Just lost the C-130Hs. A-10s appear 
to be safe)

183rd FW (F-16C/D, Springfield) deactivated.

181st FW (F-16C/D, Terre Haute) deactivated. 
- 
KS-ANG:

102nd FW  (F-15A/B, Otis ANGB) deactivated and Otis closed.

MD-ANG: 
175th  Wing (A-10A & C-130J, Martin State Airport) deactivated. 
- 
MI-ANG:  
110th FW (A-10A, Battle Creek) deactivated and Battle Creek closed. A-10's  
move to 127th Wing at Selfridge 
127th Wing (F-16C/D, C-130E, Selfridge)  retired. F-16s & C-130s replaced 
with A-10 & KC-135s.

148th FW: (F-16A/B, Duluth) deactivated. 
- 
MO-ANG: 
131st FW  (F-15C/D, St Louis) deactivated. 
- 
MS-ANG: 
186th ARW: (KC-135R, Key  Field/Meridian) deactivated.

MT-ANG: 
120th FW (F-16C/D, Great  Falls) deactivated. 
- 
ND-ANG: 
119th FW (F-16A/B, Fargo) deactivated.  (Wonder how that would effect NORAD 
Det at Langley?)

NJ-ANG: 
177th  FW (F-16C/D, Atlantic City) transfers F-16C/D for F-15A/B. 
- 
NV-ANG:  
152nd AW (C-130H, Reno) deactivated. 
- 
NY-ANG: 
107th ARW  (KC-135R, Niagara Falls) deactivated & Niagara Falls closed. 
109th AW  (C-130H/LC-130, Schenectady) tranSfers 4 C-130H's to AR-ANG Little 
Rock (189th  AW).

OH-ANG: 
178th FW (F-16C/D, Springfield) deactivated.  
179th AW (C-130H, Mansfield) deactivated. 
- 
OK-ANG: 
137th AW  (C-130H, Will Rogers) Looks like the unit moves to Tinker then 
dumps the C-130Hs  for KC-135Rs to become 137th ARW.

OR-ANG: 
142nd FW (F-15A/B,  Hillsboro) deactivated. 
- 
PA-ANG: 
111th FW (A-10A, Willow Grove)  deactivated and Willow Grove closed. 
- 
TN-ANG: 
118th AW (C-130H,  Nashville) deactivated. 
- 
TX-ANG: 
147th FW (F-16C/D, Ellington)  deactivated. 
- 
VA-ANG: 
192nd FW (F-16C/D, Richmond) deactivated. But  looks like it will become an 
AFRC Associate unit with 1st FW and move to  Langley. 
- 
WA-ANG: 
141st ARW (KC-135R, Fairchild) deactivated. But  looks to follow 192nd FW's 
footsteps and become AFRC Associate Unit with 92nd  ARW.

WV-ANG: 
130th AW (C-130H, Yeager) deactivated.

Looks about it for ANG. Some Other Notes: 

23rd FG (A-10A,Pope)  moves to Moody. This would put the A-10 East Team at 
Moody.

419th FW  (F-16C/D, Hill - AFRC Associate Unit to 388th FW) deactivated. 
- 
27th FW  (F-16C/D, Cannon) deactivated and Cannon Closed. 
- 
28th BW (B-1B  Ellsworth) deactivated and Ellsworth closed. Ellsworth B-1B's 
moved to Dyess.  
- 
19th ARG (KC-135R, Robins) deactivated. 
- 
319th ARW  (KC-135R/T, Grand Forks) deactivated. 
- 
43rd AW (C-130E, Pope)  deactivated. But Pope makes 1-2 new AW units. 
- 
926th FW (A-10A, New  Orleans) deactivated. 
- 
340th ARW (KC-135, Beale) deactivated.

440th AW (C-130H, General Mitchell,WI) deactivated and General Mitchell  
closed. C-130's moved to Dobbins. 
- 
HM-15 (MH-53E, Corpus Christi) moves  to Norfolk. 

Some pretty big changes recommended. Just remember, THIS IS  JUST 
RECOMMENDATIONS BY RUMSFELD NOTHING IS OFFICIAL YET.
