[Scan-DC] New Uniden BCD396T

  Yep, unlike it's brother, the 246, this one does digital. In fact, Uniden just recently released the PC control protocol; it will be interesting to see who comes out with software for this little wonder first that works well - and with 6000+ 'channels' you will need it.
  There's been a running discussion thread on this very scanner at RadioReference; I believe it's in the Uniden forums.
