[Scan-DC] WVA NG Aircraft

I got this off the Milcom list from a listener in Georgia. I didn't know the 
WVA NG was using C-26B's for counter drug missions.

" ANVIL-09 (C-26B, WV-ANG, 130th AW) 120.75, lands Dobbins. ((Depart  
1605z)).
((Self ID'd as C-26 from WV-ANG, 130th AW on "Counter Drug Narcotics  
Mission", I have nothing on the 130th AW using C-26s)).

I'm passing it along in case some of you can hear the WVA NG guys from your 
location.
