  Interestingly, John, I checked both Fairfax county trunk systems on RadioReference and couldn't find much; but I'd suspect they would be on the Fairfax county services trunk. Perhaps some of the folks on the RadioReference Virginia board might be able to help; there are also several Virginia scanning related Yahoo groups.  You can find a list of them here:
