[Scan-DC] RE: Charles County Sheriff's Dept

  I thought I read somewhere on one of the I'Net radio 
sites,RadioReference,StrongSignals,etc that when a non-trunked system 
switched over to a Trunk system that the entity was required to simulcast 
for something like five years.Did I dream this,hoping to put off having to 
buy a digital scanner, or is there some kind of time issue between 
non-Trunk/Trunk simulcast?
