[Scan-DC] FBI Helo(s)?

In a recent National Geographic documentary on the FBI 
("FBI", 2003) Director Mueller is shown boarding a 
plain green UH-1 helo (registration N12NY)at a help 
pad on the Anacostia (Crows nest, perhaps?) for a 
flight down to the FBI Academy in Quantico.

Can anyone advise if the FBI has a dedicated helo in 
the DC area, freqs, callsigns, or if it belongs to the 
1HS from Andrews?  Thanks.
