[Scan-DC] ADW Tower

All,

Noticed today and one of the other guys in Maryland noticed it yesterday that 
118.4, the ADW tower freq now appears to be used by an approach/departure 
entity, probably in New Yor/New Jersey/Pennsylvannia. 

ADW tower is still there but now there's some "unwanted" interference as far 
as monitoring it is concerned.  Haven't heard ADW tower or landing aircraft 
complain yet, so i guess it's just a pain for us monitors.
