Mike et Al,

Freqs that I know are used in the Baltimore Port area are:

165.4375 PL 100--used by the Customs container inspectors at the port.  Will 
hear VACIS used as call. VACIS is the container inpection system.

The Marine VHF band is loaded with Baltimore Harbor related comms--including 
the harbor pilots, vessels into/out of the port, water taxis, etc.

123.025 is sometimes interesting with the Baltimore Police helos, MSP helos 
going into Univ Hospital & the TV News helos.
