    As home of the Test & Evaluation Command, Aberdeen (Phillips) receives 
regular visits from both PAT (Priority Air Transport) and JOSA (Joint 
Operational Support Aviation) aircraft. Phillips also serves as an alternate airfield 
for the MD NG helicopter units based at Weide AAF. 

Phillips AAF is also used by the C-130J's of the MD ANG's 135th AS. The 
C-130J's will normally local navigation/orientation flights   as well as touch & 
go's. 

Ocaasionally, rotary-winged & light aircraft from NAS Patuxent River will use 
Phillips AAF for touch & go's.
