[Scan-DC] 318.9 & 385.2 from Southern MD

Folks,
Looking for a little help on these 2 freqs. 

318.9 I have been picking up multiple calls from various aircraft to BASE.
The other day, I had NIGHTHWAK (HMX-1) 20 & 22 up on 273.95, which is a
confirmed Interplane freq for them, Then I had the same two aircraft come up
on 318.9 reporting arrival info and maintenance squawks to their base. They
never used a call Sign. But everything point to this being a HMX-1 BASE OPS
freq, likely at QUANTICO. 

385.2 - I have been getting multiple aircraft calling SKYLINER BASE on the
freq. SKYLINER should be VR-48 a ADW. 

I was wondering if anybody in the WASH DC area could possibly punch these
freqs in and help to confirm them. That is, if, you are are not sure of them
already.

I am hoping to tag the freqs but they don't seem to be heavily used so I
figured I could use some help on them.
