[Scan-DC] MTA freqs are down

For those folks that monitor the MTA; both 453.1 (127.3), which is the McHenry detachment and 453.575 (167.9) which is the Port and Key Bridge detachments are down due to some evident maintenance issues. As reported by TinEar on RadioReference, they've been trying to trace down some cycling tones, noise and other issues. In addition the other day, I heard what sounded very much like a new repeater - complete with courtesy/time out tone - on the Port frequency. It was also repeating a lot of hash and noise.
They've evidently established 453.475(167.9) to cover the regions that are down. Easy to hear in AA county, and it's unknown whether this is a permanent change. 73s Mike
