[Scan-DC] FW: [MilCom] 271.95 & 281.45 From Southern MD (#2)

Looks like a Have Quick net is active. Now getting very breif comms on
289.05 as well.

Also have a flight of A-10s doing Air-Ground work on 143.25 AM. No Call
Signs heard as yet.

Currently getting very weak traffic on 271.95 & 281.45 as heard from
Southern MD. Pretty weak from here. 

Figured I would put out a post to see if anyone else can make heads or tails
of it.
