[Scan-DC] Helicopter "Fetter 1"

Hi Jeff,

This is just a shot in the dark, but pre-9/11, Metro Traffic had a Stan
Fetter that was one of the aviation traffic reporters (Unit 32).  I *think*
this is the same Stan Fetter that is at Fetter Aviation and does pilot
training down at Washington Executive/Hyde Field (W32).  While I don't know
if Stan is also helecopter certified, I would bet that the Fetter 1 you are
hearing is related to Stan Fetter and/or Fetter Aviation at Hyde Field...
BTW, while I don't know Stan personally, I've talked to him many times in
the Metro Traffic days, he's a great guy.

Hello everyone,

I have been hearing a helicopter ID as "Fetter 1" on the Reagan Tower
Helicopter frequency (120.750).   Seems like it patrols the beltway and is
monitoring
traffic.  Anyone know who it is associated with?  Thanks in advance.
