[Scan-DC] ITAC frequencies being tested

  There've been numerous reports on the RadioReference Maryland board about the various ITAC channels being tested, after being absolutely silent for so many years. More and more communities are getting new towers, and testing the repeaters has started in the Baltimore metro area. If you're registered on RadioReference (and you should be), go to the Maryland forum and the thread 'ITAC-1' for more information.
  For example I heard Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties testing yesterday morning on ITAC4. With more towers and repeaters coming online soon, we can expect more traffic on these freqs.  There's even been a couple of articles in the lay press about this.
  What are these freqs?  Good question....
