[Scan-DC] Lasers to warn pilots of restricted airspace

So, how does this jibe with the hassles guys with pocket pointers are
getting for 'blinding' helo and commercial aircraft pilots in the local area
and around the country?  I guess it makes a difference who's flashing whom!
So much for CREDIBILITY -- a commodity in increasingly short supply.
