[Scan-DC] Metro DC police now on the DC trunk

Hi Doug,

DC MPD and Metro Transit have been operating on their respective trunk
systems for at least a year now.  Yes, you still hear Metro Transit on VHF,
but I ***believe*** that this is simulcast from the trunked system.  I say
this because sometimes the VHF transmission are very distorted, but they are
fine on the trunk.

Just to clarify - this refers to the city police, right?  And NOT to the
Metro Transit Police (who, I guess, are still on VHF?)
