Thank you to all that replied to my query. BWI is definitely the one 
using PL 123.0. So, it boils down to whether PL114.8 is Caroline County 
or someone else. I hear traffic using all three PLs as mentioned. 
[114.8/123.0/156.7] However, the reference to the henny.com web site 
shows 114.8PL for Caroline County while the Radio Reference database 
shows 156.7 for Caroline. Since I was so sure it wasn't Caroline, I 
never tried to place the street names used in the traffic in that 
county. I'll do that in the future and if it turns out to be Caroline, 
then I need to identify the 156.7 PL traffic. (Did I make that confusing 
enough?)
