Well I'm using P96 http://www.mvpcollaborative.com/p96/ to capture more info
than the 96 display shows.
The first line you have is the Tower number, the second is the SYS ID and
the last is the WACN (Wide Area Communications Network) ID.

The WACN is interesting as no 2 systems should have the same number and
yours shows the same as for a Moto system here. The TIA published a document
for calculating the WACN to used based on the FCC Callsign. Or in the case
of DoD systems without FCC callsigns it's a little vague.

This is suppose to facilitate Interoperations and Compatibility between
systems.

BTW, the SYS ID is also calculated the same way as above (same document
outlines this).

I think I have my Pro96 reading the a 380 Control channel now.

A new one came online today in the Los Angeles CA area on 386.1000.

This is what I'm seeing for the Control channel. It toggles between these 3
displays:

   96:T01020
   96:SY168
   96:BEE00

Has anyone else seen something lie this with their Pro96 in the DC area?
