[Scan-DC] Encryption on 452.525 and 452.625

1. A possibility..although their license expired July 2004, WPNX716, Boeing
Service Co., Lee Road, Chantilly, a security and property management service
company, was licensed for 452.525 mhz. and 452.625 mhz. repeater operation but
not licensed for 452.425 mhz. operation.
