  Just a quick couple of notes here; Harford has begun to bring up their fire/police ops on the new 800 Mhz system, per traffic on the RadioReference Maryland forum.  Fire has started using 800 now, Police will on Feb 2nd.  
  In addition, Belair PD has moved from their old 453 Mhz freqs to the 800 system.
  The plan seems to be to rebroadcast from the old UHF system onto 800 until the summer; the old UHF system will then be used for MDTs.  Even now it seems that the dispatchers are working on the 800 system.

  Check out the Radioreference Maryland forum 'Harford County TRS' topic for more information if you're interested. The frequencies and talkgroups known so far are also on the RR database. Access to the database requires a free registration.
