Greeetings All, I'm still alive & well. I still have not found the golf course, swimming pool, etc. here at "Club Fed." Too bad this won't get to you by the 20th., Nextel voice channels are decodeable via Astro Spectra with USELP vocoder, it just
can't follow channel hops. Perfectly legal, Nextel is not a cell carrier, it's license
states it's an SMR but that's another can of worms.

I donated an Icom PCR-1000 to WBCQ, it's online via their homepage on WBCQ.com. It's located in Kiowa, KS, not sure what's available to listen to above
30 mhz in Tornado Alley. DRM and data decoding is in the works for HF and above. Am trying to find a host site in DC metro for another receiver.

Damn! I sure miss my old site. Did anyone find my Astro Spectras, Icoms and
50 other radios in Fairfax's Trash Dump? Kills me the most, my R-390a (collins)
and R7000 being there.

I really could use a print-out of codeplug from an Astro 3000 or Spectra and
would really like to peek at a 3500 or 5000 series. I'd greatly appreciate any help.

Being I'm in Club Fed, my email gets printed and sent to me. I prefer sending back snailmail as my outside contact doesn't have the time to type what I write.
I can be snailmailed directly.

Happy New Year to you All, I really miss contributing to the list on a regular basis. I'll definitely be back by 2019! Unless I luck out trying to find a reasonable,
decent atty. to help me pursue several loopholes in this victimless crime, 22 yr.
criminal sentence. Keep those receivers warm during those cold winter nights....

                                                                            L8r, StormBringer
