[Scan-DC] Charles County Sheriff's Dept

  Not sure what's going on with the Sheriff's dept but they just sounded 
their emergency tone on all their freqs & put out a "all D-1 units report 
to the Armory" call.

  Heard comm's to 2 or 3 of the command units,ie car 100,car 130.

  Never heard this type call before.Could be a drill I guess.
