[Scan-DC] Kudos for RecAll Pro

It's a great little recording program. It has a neat trick that allows you
to pass "annotations" to it and tag sections of the recording file with
text. I have been using this feature with a program I wrote for my
Watkins-Johnson 8618B that will tag the Frequency and Freq Notes to RecAll
so on playback I see the Freq info along with the audio.
