[Scan-DC] Customs Callsign

All,

Have been hearing callsign being used by the Customs Port Of Baltimore 
Inpection Units on 165.4625 PL 100. At first I thought the callsign I was hearing 
was Bacchus 96. But today some chat regarding maintenance problems revealed that 
the callsign is actually VACAS which is the acronym for the x-ray machine 
that inspects the cargo trailers.
