[Scan-DC] Practice run or real 36 Priority one?

Right after I got the new scanner, I was in the other room and heard a lot 
of yelling about a strip mall off, involving a gasoline tanker, a 
firefighting crew missing, and all kinds of wild stuff - it turned out to be 
the training center talk group!
