[Scan-DC] The Inauguration and Potomac/BWI

 For our Baltimore area folks; don't ignore the Potomac/BWI frequencies, both civ and military.  No doubt that some flights will need to be redirected around the secured airspace around DC, and that at least some CAP flights might need to check in on the Potomac/BWI mil air frequencies as well.  73s Mike
