[Scan-DC] Camp David on Guard

In regard to Fort Detrick, our airspace, while restricted, is not at the
same level as Camp David. We had a lost Life Flight Helo enroute to
Frederick Memorial Hospital land at our helo pad last week. Yes, they were
met with armed police, and re-directed to the hospital. We do not, as of
now, have the ability to wave off or contact stray aircraft, but we do have
landline link with people who'll direct the appropriate resources (using the
PC term there) to contact the stray aircraft if they don't land. Again, if
they land, they get the Police...

Camp David doesn't talk to us, and vice versa. No "interoperability"
between the two, at least, not yet.
