Jeff:

Noted comms on 260.9 that it is a "triangular" CAP with DCA (Reagan National 
Airport) as the south point.  Refueling boom on 320.6          Ramrod 51 
first and then Ramrod 53 inbound from southwest point about 67 SW of DCA.
