Subject: [Scan-DC] I need help

I have had a wonderful experience over the years with my three Uniden
BC780lxt scanners. They still are very good scanning equipment. Setting =
the
freq.'s on the BC 780lxt's were a snap! Now comes the problem. I am NO
wizard when it comes to computers or to the new BC 796D Trunk Tracker iv
unit. I am real "stupid"............I need a person who knows what to do =
to
setup the freq.'s on the BC 796. I would like the person to come to our =
home
in Chevy Chase and teach me how to program the 796. And, yes, I would =
pay
the person for their time and mileage to help me. Alan got me started.
Manuals mean nothing to me. And, yes, I have a PhD...senior advisor to =
the
President, etc...which means nothing to these scanners!

I look forward to hearing from someone who wants to become a teacher!
