[Scan-DC] Broadcast Test

Jeff and others...I'm also testing a broadcast stream. Currently it's 
set to BWI operations. It can be accessed in a Windows Media Player. 
Open the player, click on File and enter the following URL:
http://tinear.dynu.com:8080
I'd appreciate any feedback you can send me as to the quality of the 
signal and any difficulties connecting. This is the first step in 
getting an audio/video feed of my scanner on the www.mdscanner.com 
website but that part will come after a few tests are run. The stream 
will run tonight until about midnight and then again tomorrow.
