[Scan-DC] Pro2052 for Inauguration

  Unfortunately Jim you're out of luck on both counts.  The 2052 cannot do 400 Mhz trunking (DC Police), nor can it trunk the 800 Mhz digital system that DC fire uses.
  To cover this system, you would need one of the Uniden digital trunktrackers, or the Radio Shack PRO-96.  The digital trunktrackers are:

- BC250d handheld (requires the BC25i plug in card)
- BC785d base/mobile (same as above)
- BC296d handheld (card is built in)
- BC796d base/mobile (same as above)
