[Scan-DC] FBI Marked Units?

Secret Service/Uniformed Division marked units in Adams Morgan and Dupont are assigned to the Foreign Missions section, and handle security at embassies and chanceries.  The State Department contract security officers also handle fixed posts at some missions, for reasons unknown to me, but they always use unmarked vehicles.  SS/UD, Park Police, and Housing Authority police all have statutory law enforcement authority in the District, similar to MPD.  Capitol Police does too, but their jurisdiction is limited to about a 1 mile radius from the Capitol dome.  Other police departments, like Amtrak, have law enforcement authority in the District conferred under MOUs with Metropolitan Police pursuant to the Norton Act.
