[Scan-DC] Has anybody heard the DC BIDs?

Downtown DC is newly licensed (WQBR253) on 463.6500R and 464.9750M.  But
I haven't heard anything on either of these.  Golden Triangle is also
newly licensed (WQBF427) on 463.4750R [ d205].  They are very active.

D.C. has at least two business improvement districts -- Downtown DC
which used to use 452.1 [167.9] and Golden Triangle which had been
reported on 464.0 [179.9].

But neither freq appears to be active any longer with them.  Are they
all Nextel'd?
