[Scan-DC] New Potomac TRACON Freq

Ron,
I did not catch it at the time as being new but the IFR now lists that freq
for DCA. I have spent the last few days cross checking my freqs against the
IFR and such. It tags it as "POTOMAC DEP" but probably should be POTOMAC
APP/DEP

I have spent the last few days cross checking my freqs against the IFR and

The big thing in the IFR I miss now is the WASH CTR UHF freqs. They wee
handy to have in there. Now I wish I had kept a few older copies of the IFR.

BTW @ 5:05 PM have `288.63 and 139.15 active. We now have a CAP
