[Scan-DC] Military exercise announcement on WJLA?

This article could explain the helo that passed low over my house at
0204L on the 4th. 


"Residents throughout the area may hear aircraft noise at various times
throughout the week, particularly during the early morning hours of Jan.
4 and 10."
