It is active now at 3:42 PM.

A couple of the freqs in use are.:
271.95
298.65
267.85

And several more.
You can plug them in off of the freq list Mike put out a few days ago or
from mine. Don't expect to hear much on it but at least you can hear it
active and know what it sounds like.
