[Scan-DC] Montgomery County Traffic Accident?

Thanks everybody!  I rarely use Muncaster Mill Road, but as it happens, I 
had to go to Wheaton yesterday and went that way, passing thru there before 
the wreck happened.  Since the trip down had been smooth, I decided to go 
home the same way, an even more rare occurence... and of course, got 
detoured on the way home.  Must've been in the Circuit City store when the 
call went out, 'cuz I never heard anything on the VHF scanner that rides 
with me - haven't perfected the mobile installation of the 800 radio yet!
