[Scan-DC] Downloading Arc 250 mem files

   Use Mozilla Firefox and avoid those annoying popups in IE6 and Firefox is
more hacker resistant than IE6, more user friendly.  Load ARC250 software.
Select "Help".  Select "text files".  For the instructions for importing this
file format..
