I've been fooling around a little with the demo version of this program. I don't think ARC250 will open them directly; however, if the files are .csv (that is comma seperated value) in nature, you can import the frequencies using ADI, but you will need to use Excel or Works to copy/paste the rest.
That's one of the weak points in ARC250; while it supports direct importing of their other product's files (ARC780 in this case), their csv mapping is very weak. Scan Control is much much better in this regard. But then SC doesn't have recording capability...yet, while the Pro version of ARC250 does.
