[Scan-DC] Might Be Good Reception Tonight

I live in Alexandria. I'm too cheap to have cable. Rather, I have rabbit
ears on my set. Ordinarily, WMPT, channel 22 in Annapolis, comes in
better here than any other station. I don't know why that is. At any
rate, tonight, I could see a "ghost" frame beneath channel 22, suggesting
that some other channel 22, or maybe a channel 21 or channel 23, was
trying to come in. That's unusual.

According to an old _WRTH_, channel 22 is 519 - 525 MHz, give or take. I
am led to think that conditions might be good tonight.
