[Scan-DC] Audio Feed

Folks,

The TS server I usually feed audio into has been down for unknown reasons so
I have temporarily put up an audio feed in the Southern MD Scanner Forum
yahoo Group's CHAT ROOM. 

Currently I am simply feeding audio from Patuxent NAS as well as some ATC
stuff. But I do have the normally used CAP freqs in and can reconfigure
quickly to focus on the CAP if it goes up.
